I have been a patient at Tufts Dental School for several years and they have always treated me like gold. I have been through 3 dental students and they have each been VERY thorough - MORE thorough than any private dentist that I have EVER had. And they have been kind AND CARING about making sure I am squared away with having correct insurance before just doing the work and charging me later. I do not mean they just cared about money. I mean they cared about my well being financially while they simultaneously focused on the bigger picture, of course, which are my teeth. I have the highest regard for Tufts Dental School.

I'm a complex patient with multiple diagnoses, including a rare genetic connective tissue disease. The Administrative team was fantastic in prepping for my appointment. Dr Lu was prepared, had read all of my records, did a thorough exam and came up with a comprehensive approach to treating my medical issues. Very happy with the care and kindness. Glad to have them as members of my team

I've been coming to the dental school as a patient for several years. I started because after studying in England for several years the dentists they're had done a significant amount of damage to my teeth which meant a lot of restoration work back in the U.S. it started with a root canal that had to be redone that was done on England and got infected. My insurance was all used up for the year with one root canal and crown. Then they told me that another root canal was getting infected and this one also needed surgery, but my dental insurance was used up for the year and it would be months before the end of the year.
