I want to thank all staff for their great service and compassion. Doctor Munther K. Homoud needs to be recognized for his professionalism and compassion. I can see why all the staff talks so highly about this doctor. I hope all doctors take notice and follow his leadership.

Dr. Furman Walls was my doctor last night when I was brought to the emergency room he was an absolute angel his bedside manner was so calming even though what I was going through was not. I wanted to thank him for taking time to make me feel comfortable on what everyone was telling me was a overwhelming busy night for them at the hospital . Thank you dr. Walls!!

Yesterday, I went to Tufts Medical Center for my second Pfizer booster shot at a walk-in clinic devoted to COVID-19 (testing and vaccination). It was an outstanding experience due to the efficiency of the arrangement and the courtesy and competence of the staff. Total time spent to register and get my shot was less than 40 minutes, including the wait time after the shot to make sure I had no reaction. Kudos to Tufts for providing such an important public service and for doing it with so much efficiency and courtesy.
