63 Melcher St Suite 100, Boston“My experience with the JV team has been exceptional, first class. First, the scheduling has been so easy and helpful which is important for me with my availability. Second, the facilities at Fort Point are excellent - clean, new, comfortable with lots of helpful equipment and private rooms for treatments. Third, the team provides a pictorial set of instructions for your PT exercises that are super accurate and easy to follow for your own PT at home. And last but certainly not least the quality of PT care is top class. I worked with Brianna on a troublesome knee rehab challenge and she quickly assessed my situation and over the past 6 weeks has really helped me improve my knee strength and stability. Brianna is experienced, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I have been to many PT shops over the years and I rate JV over any of them for focused, effective treatment.“
“Nickie is the best! She taught be home to move in safe ways throughout my day, such as how to empty the dishwashing and switch laundry with out pain. I feel so much better! Plus she somehow makes PT fun. Thank you, Nickie!“

209 Columbus Ave, Boston“Derek is excellent! Wish I could have taken him with me to NYC. Very flexible on scheduling and generally accessible with a knowledge database on par with the encyclopedia, at least for my purposes. Loved having a PT who was well read and I could debate with, discuss multiple issues with instead of one body part/injury at a time, and who is supportive of continuing activity during healing of an injury instead of insisting on cold-turkey, highly conservative management for all injuries all the time (as many PTs will do). He will recommend this if it’s appropriate, but also understands and supports athletes who wish to stay active during injury. Dry needling was also super cool to try out and even more so with a PT I trusted. In hindsight it might have been useful to have a tighter leash on my own training volume as it contributed to my sports injuries, but this is largely on me - Derek often suggested I dial down intensity, which I agreed with but then stubbornly did not implement. Overall 11/10 highly recommend!“
“Dustienne is a master at her craft. She makes you feel more than comfortable, explains findings in an easy to understand manner, is very responsive via email, and is just a kind hearted, caring woman. I could not recommend her more!“

“I met Ildiko in 2010, just after debilitating back and knee surgery- I was a mess, epidural injections max amount in minimum period of time, pain killers and general no quality of life. I can remember our first meeting like it was yesterday, because this was the day my new life began. I couldn't bend, run, jump or keep up with my young son, I was 33 and had the body of an ailing woman. After three years of continual physical therapy- I needed a change and fast. Change I did- my life began to change rather instantly. I was on pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs and Ildi's words of wisdom were "pain is in your brain" followed by "you will not need those medications any more". I became a student, leaning, practicing her rather unconventional exercises: ankle mobility, joint mobility and eye work- the eyes feed and speak to the brain, I learned. Her years of neurological studies allow her to have vast knowledge of the body, our mechanics and how everything works together. I saw her twice a week, and ten years later, once a week. I won't go into the years of exercises, eye work, movement therapy and mobility to tell you that I am a changed woman. Ten years later I can keep up with my teenage son, run, jump, lift heavy, do hard cardio workouts and basically have an excellent quality of life. Getting to this point was a lot of hard work and dedication- yes, I have had setbacks, but Ildi always gets be back on track to living a quality pain-free life. I haven't taken pain killers or any prescribed drugs in ten years. I bring my mother and son to Ildi to help with various issues they face. We FaceTime when something hurts, we text, I follow her Instagram, I see her regularly - I am truly a new woman because of her. If you have pain, limited mobility, poor posture, health concerns, can't sleep- anything, go see Ildi. She can help anyone just like she fixed me.“

294 Washington St #219, Boston“I had a fantastic experience rehabbing my knee at Downtown Physical Therapy. The therapists were always very friendly and helpful, which made the rehabbing experience much easier to work through. They helped personalize my rehab experience by providing weekly exercises that they thought would work best for my needs. Scheduling was never an issue either. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy in the Boston area. Shoutout Ali, Binita and the rest of the fantastic crew there!“

112 South St G, Boston“I have been going to Dr. Lee for acupuncture and Dr. Lily Li here for physical therapy for more than 4 years. They are really caring, kind, knowledgeable, and professional healthcare professionals. Dr. Lee and the massage therapist here has helped me immensely with my injury and pain issues after a surgery and general pain from bad postures. I cannot recommend both of them enough if you have complex and lingering injuries/pain issues or you would like some good maintenance for physical health.“
“Dr. Jay's a great, informative Chiropractor. I would recommend the practice for anyone w/back, hip, knee, shoulder issues.“
