75 Finnell Dr, Weymouth“Scott Hall was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely consistent, knowledgeable, relaxed, and fun. He made the experience enjoyable, despite the pain that PT inevitably causes. The vibe at the Weymouth Club was on point, and sometimes included with great conversation with other therapists and clients. I highly recommend this location. If I’m ever in need of PT in the future I will absolutely be contacting Bay State so that I can work with Scott.“

711 W Center St, West Bridgewater“I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve been genuinely impressed with my physical therapist and wanted to share in case it helps someone else who’s on the fence about starting PT, or is simply looking for a place that feels like a good fit. In just a month, I’ve already noticed real improvements in my pain levels, mobility, and flexibility. I’m even sleeping better. That alone would be worth it, but what really stands out to me is the atmosphere. My therapist is not only skilled but also incredibly patient—especially with someone like me who gets nervous and fidgety in public settings. I can be a lot to get to know at first, so it’s definitely worth noting. She genuinely seems to understand that everyone heals differently and meets me where I’m at, which in my case makes a huge difference. The whole team seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, which is rare and honestly a little refreshing. There’s a lightness and energy in the space that makes the sessions fly by. I’ve had PT in the past that felt more grueling than anything of gain, but here, it feels purposeful and—even, dare I say—somewhat enjoyable. The positivity in the room is contagious, and somehow that makes me want to work harder. I leave each session feeling encouraged, not just physically but mentally too. I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t also mention that the receptionist is, quite plausibly, the nicest lady on the planet. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone who is looking for physical therapy.“

300 Granite St, Braintree“I’ve been searching for real help for over 10 years, and I don’t say this lightly when I say that meeting Carina O’Neill truly changed something in me.
Over the years, I’ve seen countless doctors, specialists, and pain clinics. I’ve had just about every injection you can imagine. What stood out to me before I even met her was that multiple doctors, all from different buildings and institutions, independently told me the same thing, “If anyone can help you, it’s her.” That alone says everything.
From the moment I met Dr. O’Neill at Spaulding in Braintree, I felt something I haven’t felt in a very long time… I truly felt seen. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t talk over me. She didn’t treat me like a chart, a case, or a number. She treated me like a human being who has been carrying pain for a very long time. Her empathy was immediate and genuine. She spoke to me gently, listened fully, and truly validated everything I’ve been experiencing for years.
The injections themselves were unlike anything I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. (I’ve had hundred maybe even thousands of injections over the years) She was able to inject in places no other doctor has ever addressed, areas I didn’t even realize could be treated because no one else had the experience or confidence to go there. I felt relief right away, and in the days following I’ve noticed slow, meaningful progress, the kind of progress that brings real hope.
But more than the physical relief, what has stayed with me is knowing that she truly cares. I can tell that no matter what, she will do everything in her power to help me. That kind of care is rare. After a decade of feeling dismissed, minimized, or overlooked, she made me feel like a person again.
I now completely understand why she’s talked about the way she is, why doctors across New England know her name, and why she’s the one they send their hardest cases to. One visit was enough to see it clearly. Carina O’Neill is extraordinary.
Without question, Carina O’Neill has put Spaulding Rehabilitation in Braintree on the map. I am beyond grateful I found my way to her, and for the first time in years, I feel hopeful.“

“I had the best care here! Everyone is so nice and inviting into the office/gym was clean and organized. Curtis was my primary PT but all the therapists help each other out. They always ask if I wanted ice at the end of my session and I always said yes! Great place to get healthy and back to where I wanted to be!“
