“Bad of me not to catch my guy’s name, but after numerous suggestions to replace my entire computer keyboard due to a popped off key cap, costing about $200-$300, I went into this place not expecting much. Guy at the desk told me the same thing pretty much initially, then thought of the idea in the moment… he took a blow torch to the key cap and almost warped it back onto the system underneath, and it was good as new, for free of charge. It was a miracle, and I owe him this at the very least. The whole thing made it super frustrating to type, so I am very appreciative of this place, thank you again, life savers!!!”
