Which we all know is probably a quarter of what Apple would’ve charged me. All in all very happy with the experience. I’ll be returning for any other computer issues I have, and I’m sure I will have computer issues in the future.”
“I had a really great experience with Bob and Josh. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything to me and were genuinely willing to help however they could.
They were also very understanding of our concerns about privacy and protecting our personal data, and they never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured in any way. That really stood out to me and I appreciated how respectful and accommodating they were.

“Bad of me not to catch my guy’s name, but after numerous suggestions to replace my entire computer keyboard due to a popped off key cap, costing about $200-$300, I went into this place not expecting much. Guy at the desk told me the same thing pretty much initially, then thought of the idea in the moment… he took a blow torch to the key cap and almost warped it back onto the system underneath, and it was good as new, for free of charge. It was a miracle, and I owe him this at the very least. The whole thing made it super frustrating to type, so I am very appreciative of this place, thank you again, life savers!!!”
