I had a great experience with APC this morning, thanks to Orion. He helped me resolve multiple technical issues quickly and efficiently. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but he was incredibly patient, clear, and understanding throughout the process. Both issues were resolved in no time. Orion provided outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate his help!

When I need IT help, there’s only one person I trust, Logan Melo! From day one, Logan has always been reliable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even when he’s busy, he takes the time to let me know when he’ll be able to get to my issue, which I truly appreciate.

What amazes me most is how personal his support feels, he remembers my name, my company, and even my PC’s name! That level of attention and care is rare these days. He’s always quick to help, patient, and somehow manages to make stressful tech problems feel easy.
