With places like Best Buy they take advantage of your wallet, whereas with CPU they seemed to genuinely be interested in helping people. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, cares about what he does and is motivated by those things. I noticed on a wall in the business filled with thank you notes and Christmas cards. I think that speaks to the way they take care of people that customers think to send personalized thank yous and cards at holidays.
