My family had trusted them for years with all of their best garments. Expensive suits, the handmade dresses that my mother would do for weddings, my father's naval uniform, and it was always perfect. Fast forward 35 years, and I am now living 30 miles away. I recently picked up a rare vintage worsted suit that needed some TLC. I hadn't thought about cleaning, until a sudden passing of a close relative had me needing it in a pinch. I knew right where I was going with it and who to trust when I ended up needing As soon as I said vintage, they started asking all the right questions before I could even tell them what I needed, and never even ended up have to spell it, because I could just tell they knew exactly what they had and exactly the TLC it needed. They also got it done lightning quick! Now for a situation like mine, it is reasonable to expect they are going to charge a little extra for the expediting and the special care and products a garment like that needs, but honestly, it is worth every penny, for such perfect service!

“Orlan’s shop was recommended to me from a wedding dress store. He was able to make alterations to the top or my wedding dress and it came out perfectly. They only do one type of bustle here so I had to bring that somewhere else to have done, but the alterations that were done were done well. Orlan’s communication and kindness was also very appreciated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the way they place the pins was a little scary, they were placed on the top of my dress for the hem measurements instead of the bottom. I’ve never seen that done before. They said when the material is steamed the fabric comes together and doesn’t leave holes but I would def ask questions and determine how they will mark the dress for measurements before hand for peace of mind.“

“Saved my daughter’s prom! We waited until last minute and had to order my daughter’s prom dress online. She is very petite and the xxs dress was still too big on the waist and hips. We brought it in on a Tuesday evening and she was in the dress and pinned in 15 minutes. Was promised the dress by Friday, the day of the prom. We picked the dress up in the afternoon and waited until hair and makeup were done before trying it on. It fit like a glove! I mean it looked like perfect! She’s was thrilled and looked beautiful.
