I dropped off a suede jacket which belonged to my grandfather, and which my father is really fond of. The folks at Columbus were very helpful, took great care of the jacket, provided an expected delivery date, and kept me informed by text and e-mail when the cleaning was completed and the jacket was ready to be picked up. It was a great experience, and I would definitely use Columbus for future garment cleanings.
Excellent service customer service as well as dry cleaning. I have an extremely tight schedule flew into town. They were able to take care of making sure my suit is fully ready actually within an hour. They did not have to do it that quick, but I am so grateful that they did!!!
