First time getting the wash dry and fold. I dropped off and picked up two days later. Clothes are packed in thick dependable cleaner bags with shoulder strap. I had 20 pounds. They were perfectly folded. Even undies. My clothes had a fresh scent. That’s important to me. I am indebted to the conscientious person who professionally handled my laundry.
Dependable Cleaner’s customer service is amazing. I am in the military, and it very important to me that my uniforms look sharp and professional, and they always make sure everything is done right. The staff is friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their craft. My uniforms always come back perfectly cleaned and pressed. It’s great having a cleaner I can trust to handle something so important. In addition, I bring all my other clothes there and they always exceed my expectations. If you need your uniforms or clothes taken care of, I highly recommend Dependable Cleaner. Thank you for everything !!
I have used Dependable Cleaners since 2017. During that time period, I moved away and then returned. Compared to other places I have lived, Dependable Cleaners is superb at their job. In addition, their team of personnel are exceptional. I always look forward to dropping my clothes and checking in. Thank you for so many years of excellent service. I have never had an issue with anything I have had dry cleaned or laundered. And, a bonus, there is a tailor on staff, too!
