Dependable Cleaners in Hingham, voted best of the South Shore for quality dry cleaning, laundering, & tailoring, offers eco-friendly dry cleaning with Green Earth Cleaning technology, free home delivery, same day service, 24 hour drop off, and 24 hour pick up with a kiosk. The service is fantastic and never had a dry cleaning issue. Staff are always friendly, professional, and appropriately chatty, calling customers by their first name. Excellent delivery drivers are friendly and efficient. The technology allows scanning a bar code for 24-hour access to clothes. Staff give thank-yous and instruct customers on using the 24-hour kiosk. Coupons are available. Love doing business with a local business.
My 1st experience using a pickup/delivery laundry service…and I WILL
NEVER DO MY OWN LAUNDRY AGAIN!!! But seriously, they picked up my multiple bags (49lbs in total and on the 2nd floor!) on a Friday morning, and they brought them back fresh, folded and wrinkle free Tuesday morning, they even brought me 3 of their new laundry bags. My clothes are super soft and smell so good! I love that I can do my everyday regular laundry this way, you can schedule/cancel pickups in the app so easily! Oh and the customer service?! Outstanding!! 100% recommend dependable cleaners! Thanks for great service and can’t wait for my next pickup!
Have been bringing my clothes to Dependable cleaners at the Shipyard from the time they opened. Cannot say enough about the fabulous service I have received. Never an issue and Amy and Courtney are great.
Love this location of Dependable Cleaners! They do a great job and hire excellent delivery drivers. Jay was such a friendly and efficient driver when we used the delivery service, and Joe was a lifesaver once for helping me with a dry cleaning pickup emergency! Thank you Joe!
