Sophia Julie and Jaime are the best ! Always greeted with a smile, With my weekly drop offs and pick ups, my clothes are impeccable like they’re right off the rack! Appreciate this customer service. In fact, Sophia pointed out to me that you can use your app and reward points, which I never knew.
Great tip thank you so much, ladies! This is the only place I would take my clothes for dry cleaning, blankets, comforters, And specialty items.
My days are filled with so many bookings getting help during the week with wash and fold for work has been a game changer and life saver. It is double the price vs if you do it on your own but the assistance is breath of fresh air and weight taken off my hands. That allows me to tackle all my other responsibilities within 24 hours. I am blessed. Customer service is great! Thank you!
