“Simba performed two significant renovations for us, opening up an interior living space and building a two level deck with an interconnected staircase. As well as a few smaller jobs. We are extremely happy with all of the finished products. What we appreciated most about working with them was their flexibility and the pride they all took in their work. “Martin is a miracle worker, I tell you! He was recommended to me by a friend after another company kept pushing back my appointment.
I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse.

“NEDC completed remodeled our bathrooms about nine years ago, and they have held up great. But recently one of the rollers on the shower door broke. I contacted them just to see if they could identify the parts we neeeded and where to get them, but they went much further, finding the part and vendor in their records, working with the vendor to find a replacement, and had it sent to our house (at no cost). I was able to do the repair myself, but NEDC made it clear they would send someone to help if needed. It's a big relief to know that even after 10 years, as things age and wear out, we can go back to NEDC for help keeping things like new.“

There are extensive preconstruction meetings with a team, which I have not had with previous contractors. These meetings were very helpful, and helped to stimulate thought.
