“We’re so glad to have found Dr. Avery and the clinic! We sought a second opinion from Dr. Avery for our bunny, Totoro, who is dealing with some complex health issues.<br><br>Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. He has been transparent about procedure estimates and has considered the costs for us. He has a wealth of knowledge, and it puts us at ease to have him take care of Totoro. We trust him with Totoro, and the only regret we have is that we didn’t have Dr. Avery as Totoro’s vet sooner!<br><br>The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. They are organized and quick to answer our calls and requests.
