“Weston Veterinary Clinic consistently gives exceptional care! The office and support staff are always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Although the practice is very busy, the office is peaceful and very clean.
I can't say enough about the quality of the veterinarians, in particular, my dog's vet, Dr. Storey! Dr. Storey is extremely knowledgeable, calm, reassuring, and compassionate, and he always explains what he is thinking and what is going on with my pet. I trust Dr. Storey completely! I feel very fortunate to be part of this practice!“

“My wife and I were recommended by some good friends Of Ours to take Scrappy a dog to them for pet care. Since we have been going there, we’ve had nothing but the most wonderful experience with every Office staff member such as Christine Taylor, Britney Adam Dallas I believe his name is he’s a beautiful guy. Also, all the vet techs such as Liam, Grace and all the others. All the veterinarian doctors are fantastic there because what we like about all of them they really do care about every Pet that walks in there. They also care about the owners.. They treat every pet owner including the pets with the utmost respect. We do trust them to take very good care of scrappy our dog. Also, as a veteran, they will say thank you for serving, which means a lot to me. They also offer veteran discounts, no matter what the problem is no matter how small it may seem since we’ve only own scrap for a year and a half they’re never too busy to answer our questions or they say don’t worry about things because we’re gonna take good care of your dog scrappy Doo even scrappy loves going to them so he’s in good hands with this hospital and as My wife and I do say they are all awesome.“

“I've been going to Mill Brook for the past 5+ years, through all the recent personnel changes, and one thing has always been true- they are caring, thorough, and thoughtful. They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I might have, and I know they adore my pup and only want what's best for him. During his most recent procedures (which were fairly extensive), I never felt pressured to do more/less than what I thought was necessary after getting all the facts from Dr. P. and Dr. Suzanne. I also find it very helpful that they can do everything at this location- echos, ultrasounds, dental work, etc- it makes it very convenient!“

The staff was great with Bailey. The vet techs and doctors make him feel so at ease that he doesn't mind going if he needs to, which is refreshing because he usually doesn't like going to the vet.❤“

Even though I am not currently a client of the clinic, she went out of her way to be kind, patient, and incredibly resourceful while helping me find information and pointing me in the right direction. Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. We trust him with Totoro, and the only regret we have is that we didn’t have Dr. Avery as Totoro’s vet sooner!

The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. They are organized and quick to answer our calls and requests. They are really sweet, leaving us feeling reassured that Totoro is in good hands. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about bunnies!“

They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. “I took my dog to PetMedic Urgent care for an infected anal gland that had burst. They were pretty good. Just did a basic exam and gave me antibiotics and pain meds for the dog. It wasn't cheap, but not outrageous either -- $260 for everything -- but I thought they did a good job, so my dog quickly, so I was happy with that.“
