“Pamela is the best of the best, truly a gift to work with. When we brought a new dog (Brewster, boston terrier) into our family this past October, we were overwhelmed with how to potty train, leash train, socialize, etc. Pamela came right in with a structured training plan and made having a puppy feel very easy. Brewster loves Pamela, and honestly, we do do! I cannot praise or thank her enough for all she has done to help us. If there was a 10 star rating, she would get 11!“

“This Veterinary center was very accommodating, clean, professional, well mannered and empathetic. We recently visited the vet and had to hear some tough news. They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. The staff was professional and personable. The doctor was experienced and very knowledgeable. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and the time the doctor spent with us and didn’t feel rushed at all. We just recently moved to MA from CA and will definitely plan for all our pet care here to be at Highland Animal Hospital and provide a shining recommendation.“

“Highly recommend Paws to Consider! We've used them for over a year now for dog walks and they are amazing with communication, scheduling, and providing updates and summaries of walks. Any time I had a last-minute question or schedule change, they were super responsive. Our dog is also reactive, and they were great about introducing new walkers to him so that he was comfortable and working with him on his walks.

We also used them for dog and cat sitting, and felt so comfortable knowing our animals were being well-cared by the Paws Team in our absence. Moving away, so we're sad to no longer be working with them!“

“We brought our 9-month-old , 125 lb St. Bernard, Grimm ( the sweetest, strongest, coward you'll ever meet) to David knowing we needed guidance. Grimm's guarding behavior had become a safety concern, and we didn't know how to get in front of it.

In just two visits (with more to come), the progress has been remarkable. David has a way of leading you into being a better owner while building your dog's confidence at the same time. “I would recommend Good Dog Boston to anyone! Our trainer Jeff was patient, kind, and extremely helpful when working with us and our dog Miley. Miley struggles with reactivity triggered by other dogs and living in downtown Boston makes avoiding other dogs nearly impossible. Jeff provided a tiered program which laid the ground work for Miley's basic obedience and built up to working through her reactivity issues. We have already seen huge improvement in Miley's behavior and all thanks goes to Good Dog Boston!

Also shoutout to Jeff's furry assistants: Danny, Halo, & Doctor for being the good-est boys and helping their friend Miley with her manners!

“Formerly known as "Corndog" by the Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), we adopted Arthur Cornelius on June 29th, 2024. Arthur was surrendered to the ARL with two of his family members at the end of April. Arthur tried to wait patiently for his turn to find his furever home, but it was tough because he loves being with his people. When we met Arthur, it was obvious he was well cared for and how much the ARL staff and volunteers loved him. Despite being in the shelter for about two months, Arthur was friendly and trusting. Today, Arthur is living his best life with his new parents going on lots of adventures. The ARL staff and volunteers are kind, compassionate, and dedicated. In 2023, they facilitated 3,173 adoptions including cats, dogs, small animals like bunnies, and even some livestock! And overall, they helped around 21,000 animals in lots of other ways. Thank you for giving Arthur a second chance to live his best life. I highly recommend the ARL!“

“My friend is an animal rescuer and she catches cats off the streets. So she found a cat yesterday. She brought it here and they took it and now they will take care of the cat. My friend does this quite a lot. This place a certs donations for all kinds of animals . I saw then The people here seemed very nice.. if u find an animal or especially a cat bring them here. “Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

“Ruff Translating has been an absolute life saver for me in training my service dog, Mae. The entire team is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They were able to make recommendations based on my needs and also on the genetics/breed of my dog. I learned so much about dog training, building confidence, and meeting the needs of your dog. I know I could not have trained my dog for service work without them and she is so happy now that she has a job and has more emotional regulation and confidence!“
