“Working with Good Dog Boston has been rewarding and educational . Jeff , our trainer was kind and patient and easy to understand , making himself available for follow up and questions . He shows a genuine commitment and care for my dog in a way that only dog lovers recognize. He also helped me with neutrality and behavior with dog groups and busy city situations such as crowded street walking and trains . This is a game changer for me and has made my life more manageable. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking to learn to communicate, understand and develop a relationship with their pet into a loving and respected and educated one . You can have the best pet if you follow the training they provide . Great choice !“

“We signed Willie up for the 6 hour Train & Play because we were worried he wasn’t getting enough socialization with other pups, and we’ve been so happy with it. He always comes home happy and tired!

We love the Instagram updates throughout the day. It’s really nice getting to see him playing and interacting with the other dogs, and it makes us feel good knowing he’s having fun and getting that socialization. The staff clearly cares a lot about the dogs and does an awesome job.“

“This Veterinary center was very accommodating, clean, professional, well mannered and empathetic. We recently visited the vet and had to hear some tough news. They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. The staff was professional and personable. The doctor was experienced and very knowledgeable. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and the time the doctor spent with us and didn’t feel rushed at all. We just recently moved to MA from CA and will definitely plan for all our pet care here to be at Highland Animal Hospital and provide a shining recommendation.“

Every walker seems to be totally on it, leaves the sweetest report cards, takes the best photos, and makes sure our guy, Rigby is tuckered out. Every time we pass by the office, Rigby is eager to jump in and say hi to everyone. While it may also be because of the plentiful treats, it’s the wonderful group of people that take care of Rigby. “Highly recommend Paws to Consider! We've used them for over a year now for dog walks and they are amazing with communication, scheduling, and providing updates and summaries of walks. Any time I had a last-minute question or schedule change, they were super responsive. Our dog is also reactive, and they were great about introducing new walkers to him so that he was comfortable and working with him on his walks.

We also used them for dog and cat sitting, and felt so comfortable knowing our animals were being well-cared by the Paws Team in our absence. Moving away, so we're sad to no longer be working with them!“

“North Boston Dog Training was absolutely awesome when we needed to board and train our 4 month old puppy last minute. Mike put us in contact with Claudia who ended up training our little Valentino for a couple weeks while we were away. Claudia was incredibly communicative during our trip and send great instructional videos and updates which we have been referencing since we’ve been home. Valentino came home happy and healthy and with a great foundation for such a young pup. This is a great option if you have a puppy and would like to set them up for success, especially if you’re going to be on travel anyways. Claudia was 10/10 highly recommend.“

“Formerly known as "Corndog" by the Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), we adopted Arthur Cornelius on June 29th, 2024. Arthur was surrendered to the ARL with two of his family members at the end of April. Arthur tried to wait patiently for his turn to find his furever home, but it was tough because he loves being with his people. When we met Arthur, it was obvious he was well cared for and how much the ARL staff and volunteers loved him. Despite being in the shelter for about two months, Arthur was friendly and trusting. Today, Arthur is living his best life with his new parents going on lots of adventures. The ARL staff and volunteers are kind, compassionate, and dedicated. In 2023, they facilitated 3,173 adoptions including cats, dogs, small animals like bunnies, and even some livestock! And overall, they helped around 21,000 animals in lots of other ways. Thank you for giving Arthur a second chance to live his best life. I highly recommend the ARL!“

Every other place I’ve taken him has had to shave him down completely, but Jen was able to keep his length while making him so soft and fluffy. The pricing was great, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the space itself was clearly designed with a lot of thought and care. We will absolutely be back!“

“My friend is an animal rescuer and she catches cats off the streets. So she found a cat yesterday. She brought it here and they took it and now they will take care of the cat. My friend does this quite a lot. This place a certs donations for all kinds of animals . I saw then The people here seemed very nice.. if u find an animal or especially a cat bring them here. It's a nice location and very very nice setting. . Sorry no pictures , we came at night“

Priscilla also took great pictures of their adventures and even treated the pups to a walk on the beach. “Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

“Nothing but love for the staff at this place. I came here as a brand new first time dog owner. My girl was only 13 weeks old and I was still learning the ropes in 2022. Everyone there was not only EXTREMELY kind but eager to help me learn and share there experience with me. My dog was/ is very high strung and I relied heavily on pretty much every service they offered for the first couple of years and they were always there for me. I called them a lot in the first 6-9 months of my adoption with questions and concerns. They were there for me every step of the way even when I probably sounded like a crazy lady asking dumb questions about my dog's eating habits or whatever. My Luna always feels comfortable coming here whenever we get in the car and pull up to the building for anything she never feels anxious no matter the reason for the visit and some of the reasons have been pretty horrific, let me tell you. But I haven't had a bad experience yet that was due to any of the staff. They have been great at reassuring me and helping me to better understand my dog and what she needed to get and stay healthy. I truly love coming here.“
