We had a lot of wood rot and decay, misalignment, loud sash weights, broken cords, etc. Now they function beautifully - sashes glide easily up and down, top and bottom rails line up so we can engage the locks, and they have all new weatherstripping. And now they look incredible too. The original wavy glass is lovely and one window with florentine glass sparkles like jewelry. We couldn't be more satisfied. This team works miracles.“

“We have an 1870's house in the historic part of Concord and all of the upstairs windows were original and needed a lot of TLC. Rather than replacing all of them (we could not use replacement windows, but would need to remove all of the window structures and do a complete replacement with wooden (2 over 2) windows to reflect what was there, we decided to look at window restorers. We found Kim Cleary last year and had his crew remove the windows, bring them back to the stop and rehab them completely in just under 6 weeks. They turned out beautiful and we are really happy with the results. We also noticed that the restored windows are so solid, that we are able to lower the temperature upstairs now, since the heat is not escaping thru them any longer. Just a great all around outcome. Highly recommended. Oh and the price was a bit more than using replacement windows, but would have been less if we completely replaced them with new custom windows.“

Service Master by Gilmore was able to attend to our emergency by the next day at 3 PM, a response time that was both impressive and much needed.The team efficiently set up fans to begin drying out the affected areas, taking action that was both necessary and appreciated. Additionally, the project manager assigned to me was attentive and responsive, always taking my calls, which brought a degree of comfort during a turbulent time.However, I did encounter some challenges with the administrative side of the service. Obtaining an invoice was a slower process than I anticipated. I understand that these things take time, but as I've communicated to the team, the speed of this process is crucial for insurance purposes and for the continuation of repairs.My hope is that this feedback might help streamline their process in the future.Initially, there was also a slight miscommunication regarding the timeline for the reconstruction phase, which was later adjusted to a three-week wait.I would like to emphasize that during this trying period, especially while caring for a young child, prompt and efficient service is incredibly important to me. “RESCON saved the day when our kitchen sewer broke and flooded the basement with dirty water. I called them Sunday night and I was immediately impressed when their night manager Jeff answered the phone instead of having my call go to voicemail. He took down my information and made arrangements for a local plumber and a clean-up crew to come over on Monday.The cleaners came in their hazmat suits and scrubbed and washed every part of the basement where the dirty water had gone to, leaving the basement cleaner than it's ever been and smelling fresh.The plumber found that the sewer line was too corroded to be fixed and recommended replacing the whole length of it, which would require more time and the help of a mason because the sewer was under the concrete floor. Not being able to use the kitchen water for a few days would have been a major inconvenience, but the local RESCON manager Andrey connected me with a different plumber who installed a temporary above-the-ground bypass the next day. That was genius!I'm also grateful to RESCON project manager Makenzie who liaised with the contractors and the insurance company and made sure everything happened on time and that I was properly informed of all the steps in the process.I had a great experience and highly recommend RESCON to anyone looking for a one stop shopping solution to a plumbing emergency like mine!“
