RESCON saved the day when our kitchen sewer broke and flooded the basement with dirty water. I called them Sunday night and I was immediately impressed when their night manager Jeff answered the phone instead of having my call go to voicemail. From start to finish Browne and Andrey were awesome to work with while I was dealing with a sewage back-up. The techs were prompt and courteous. They took care of the job from start to finish. I would definitely call RESCON again for emergency services.
I'm a Property Manager at an apartment complex that was flooded when a sprinkler head froze and burst at midnight. We had multiple units affected. Rescon responded immediately. The communication with ****** and ****** was prompt and accommodating. They did a fabulous job and had completed the work ahead of schedule. This is the second time I have used this company this year. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.
