Thanks to our tankless water heater, our basement flooded. A flooded finished basement is so stressful, I'm happy to report that ServiceMaster by Gilmore came out so fast (about an hour after my call) and jumped right into clearing the water out of our finished basement. They listened to all my concerns and addressed them by explaining their work. I don't give reviews very often, but this is one I am happy to take the time to write.
I don't want to have to call them again (lol) but if our house floods again (please, no), I'm happy to have them in my contacts.
We had water damage from a roof leak. Our insurance company recommended Gilmore. Filipe and his team did a great job. They were professional, organized and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend them. I also want to include Edwin T who was part of the cleanup crew. They also did a great job and were very accommodating during a tough time.
The water from a leaky toilet ruined the wood of a whole section of our floor. The entire condo will need to be emptied of all our personal property to rebuild the floor, but the first step was in cleaning the mess and getting rid of the ruined wood and subfloor.
Our team from Servicemaster by Gilmore - recommended to us by our plumber and condo manager - are all but finished with the job, could not have done better. They were professional, thorough in their workmanship, gentle in their manner, and they left the space spotless for the next team of craftsmen to come to do their work and restore our home.
