“My indirect water heater stopped working on a Sunday night. I went to Value’s website and requested help. I received a phone call within 20 minutes from who I believe was the owner. He told me he could send someone out. Brian , who was the Plummer that was sent to my house showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. We needed a part that was only in stock 45 minutes away, and since a winter storm was coming the next day he drove all the way to get the part. I have a 6 month old baby at home, and Brian did everything he could to make sure we had hot water by the time he left the house. Not only was the service excellent the price was just as good. I recommend Value for any plumbing needs! 20/10!“
“Outstanding Service! Friendly and professional. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to replace a large section of drain pipe which was leaking. This time was to repair a leaking expansion tank value and bleed the air out of my heating system. Both jobs completed professionally, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price.
