Absolutely amazing customer service- and SO good with children! I took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced today and they were kind, patient and went the extra mile to keep my son content giving him a temporary tattoo and pulling out star wars books to look at. My daughter's ears look so cute!

During our initial meeting, Alex “walked” the job. He explained everything. I especially like that his quote was broken into….”here’s what you really should think about doing”…..and a separate section…here’s some stuff you might @want to think about”, while crew and equipment are on site. I found his suggestions totally “real”, not just trying to raise the price. Totally honest and totally transparent.
Just amazing job. Competitive pricing. Showed up exactly on time, with full crew and incredible equipment. The crane they brought in must have been 4,000 feet tall…ok..not that tall…but a super big, super tall crane.
Alex had “warned” me, that there would be some serious tree sections being “craned” out, some maybe even over the roof. All I can contribute, is that these guys absolutely know what they’re doing. I was amazed as I watched the first huge tree section…float by.
I watched closely. No one was in a hurry, but everyone moved with a purpose. You could tell right away that this was not their first rodeo.
The crew used heavy “mats” for the equipment. Minimal disturbance of lawn.
I guess what impressed me most was how they could remove large “house leaning” trees, but still leave the yard intact…like they were never there.
Their web site says they’re good at residential, hazardous situations. My contribution - they really are.
Anyway, totally impressed.

Bonnie cut my soon to be 5 year old boy/girl twins hair and she did an amazing job. She was patient and kind, definitely made the kids comfortable. After our appointment we planned on leaving, but due to a dead battery we were stuck waiting on AAA. Bonnie and her co-worker asked us if we needed water, etc.Bonnie not only gave amazing haircuts, but these ladies went and above and beyond with customer service. Thank you both!

I wanted the sides of my hair trimmed but they also cut my bangs a lot and I didn't ask them to. I really don't like how it looks. Other than that, I do like the place and everyone there is nice and the place is clean. The rest of my haircut is great I'm just very disappointed with the bangs.
EDIT: I've let it sit and I actually don't mind it. I've gotten used to it and I like it a lot more than I did when I first got it
I got my hair cut by autumn and she was amazing . I have my usual barber in Springfield but couldn’t book in time so I tried this barbershop out. I was anxious at first because I didn’t want my hair to be cut wrong , but autumn killed it ! Thank you :)
This is my new favorite store, I love this place! I went to pick up a plant which they had to my surprise a great verity of house plants and for a reasonable price! I picked up a few rocks as well. I will definitely be coming back.
