Great company! Timely response on my initial request and they were good about following up. For the actual appointment, Rob and Cory were great! They were friendly and efficient and definitely knew their stuff. They identified and explained the problems in an easy to understand way, were able to give me a few different options for repairs to choose from, and were able to repair things in a timely fashion on my chimney. Definitely would recommend!
Overall great experience! Brendan was super responsive and answered all my questions about the move. Flat rate price was given and no additional fees were tacked on after the fact. The guys were great and all our things arrived intact. Overall we are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend them to others!
The HeatPro went to my residence to do a whole boiler installments. They acknowledged the issues, corrected the issues even when I previously contracted an electrician to “do the job” but the job was totally wrong and they had my boiler run as it should have. I am so thankful for them. One thing I want to mention is that I wish they would have suggested me to replace other things that I had to call them for after, but besides that they are wonderful. They were very professional, they were understanding and reasonable with price. Everything is up to code and I am happy to say that they are the best heating company in town. Bonnie cut my soon to be 5 year old boy/girl twins hair and she did an amazing job. She was patient and kind, definitely made the kids comfortable. After our appointment we planned on leaving, but due to a dead battery we were stuck waiting on AAA. Bonnie and her co-worker asked us if we needed water, etc.Bonnie not only gave amazing haircuts, but these ladies went and above and beyond with customer service. Thank you both!

I want to start by saying it saddens me to read the negative reviews left here because if the people who wrote them experienced what I have, they would be singing a different tune. My experience has changed my life. I was blessed to have learned reiki from Keith and Mark. I think the reason some people think Keith is not nice or rude etc is because they don't know him and have never encountered someone like him before. They are putting him in a box with anyone else THEY PERCEIVE to be rude, mean, have poor customer service etc. This is not meant to be insulting to those who have given negative reviews. This perception is because we "live" in a society of instant gratification and we "live" in our corporeal constructed existence. When you learn how to be open and how to comprehend all of what we have come to know about the construct of what the world/reality really is, and then experience true comprehension of spirit, energy, light, and love, your thought process shifts. You see things differently. You know that what they are saying is what is real and true. You feel it. Some people are naturally open and experience this with ease while others may never experience it because they are not there yet or they are closed off to this experience. Others may not get instant results so then they immediately discard the experience. Everyone moves at a different pace and sometimes it takes time and patience, practice. When I first met Keith, I felt weird, and this was because I have never experienced anyone with his energy, it was an automatic response to reject the unknown. In order to experience Keith, you have to be able to move beyond that to start to first understand and then comprehend. He is incredible, and I hope this post allows other people to know Keith like I now do. He is awesome and there aren't enough words to describe how awesome he is. Mark on the other hand, he's as unique as they come and I say that genuinely and with a warm heart. He has gentleness and a kindness you rarely find in people today. He has a depth most people will never get to know, and that's such a profound loss on their end. Keith and Mark are the type of special that's like Christmas magic and wonder. They are the embodiment of that feeling people get when they Revere the Dalai Lama. I implore you to take this post to heart and open yourself to experienceing all they have to offer to you and I hope they change your life like they have changed mine and you experience the world and your life anew. i was not previously a client here, but they were able to squeeze me in to have a same day sick appointment for my pet mouse Maria. all the staff were incredibly nice and professional, and when i walked into the building it was extremely clean. they asked me thorough questions about my pet's information and living conditions. i unfortunately had to make the decision to euthanize my mouse, and the vet here gave me reasonable options and spoke from expertise, but let me make the decision myself with no pressure added. when i came back to the building, the staff were very comforting and made the process as easy as they could. despite them being busy, they were able to give me a private room for a while to say goodbye. they explained how the procedure would work, they sedated her and gave her back to me so she would fall asleep in my hands and have that be the last thing she remembered, and then they took her back to euthanize her. the staff were so comforting through the whole process and gave me tissues. i opted to take her remains home to hopefully give her other mouse friends some closure, and i wasn't expecting how nicely they handled her remains. they gave her to me wrapped in a cloth in a bag with her name on it. they also collected a few pieces of her hair to put in a tiny jar and took her paw prints for me without me asking them. i am so incredibly grateful for the staff here and what they've done for me they are really amazing. THANK YOU!!
After seeing photos online, I decided to make an appointment with Lisa to discuss what I was looking to have done with my hair. It had been many years since I have had any color or cut/style done, either professionally or by myself. I made an appointment to talk about ideas & figure out exactly what I was hoping for, then scheduled another visit to return for my new look. I was originally considering adding extensions as well, but chose to hold off due to personal financial reasons, though I'd still like to keep this in mind for future reference. Lisa gave me a bold new color & it was great to have it look so much better & healthier than it was when I arrived! She also did a cut, without taking off too much, as I had explained to her how my hair takes forever to grow (due to past damage over the years) & the end result was definitely worthwhile. I have gotten tons of compliments on my hair already & it was just done this past Tuesday (03/05/24). Lisa was very friendly, well mannered, motivated & concerned about my happiness with this experience. She's not just doing her job, she is making sure her clients are satisfied as well & that's so important in a quality stylist! I've gone to numerous salons over the years & have had my share of negative experiences with hairdressers who simply did not listen to what I had asked for, and some that honestly didn't seem too concerned with my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Live Sharp to anyone who is in need of a new look! I also noticed while in the salon that the other stylists were very nice & seemed to work very well together in a relaxed atmosphere that was clean & comfortable. I like that they are able to do funky colors as well as more basic choices. I also asked about kid's cuts & plan on getting my daughter's super long hair cut here soon. Thank you again Lisa! It's great to know that I don't have to go far for quality pro hair care. These ladies know what they're doing & take pride in their work!
