Eric Mueller JR provided exceptional service for our septic tank filter. He walked my wife through exactly what he was doing and what we could do to be proactive in the future. Thanks Eric
Had to have an emergency service on the weekend before Christmas. Lamont came out, was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. Cleaned out the tank, confirmed it was at normal level, then opened up to the inlet and found and cleared the issue. Showed me how I could do the same check myself if a similar issue occurred. Then was very careful about restoring the grass that he had to dig up to access the tank.
The waste in our septic system was pumped out today, by a tecnician from Wind River, Ben Nathaniel. I was notified by phone in advance by the company that he was on his way. When Ben arrived, he rang the doorbell and introduced himself, before beginning to dig in our backyard to access our tank and the filter. After the pumping was completed, neither my wife nor I could see any indication that our lawn was disturbed due to the care, which Ben took replacing the sections of grass that he dug out.
