Our dog has chronic ear infection and instead of just cleaning the ear and sending him home, they tried to identify the root cause of what’s causing it and address the root cause. I liked the approach. It has been much better since we made the switch to this vet. Also, recently had his dew claw removed and then we went on a road trip to IA. They went above and beyond to place an order for trazadone and gabapentin at a pharmacy in NY and OH. They made what could have been very stressful trip for us to be an easy one by keeping communication on email with follow-ups and instructions on what needs to be done while we’re 1000 miles away from them.
