After 2 months of treatment with Dr. Stewart, my dog Bernie is back on track and is my fun, energetic, happy good-boy he was before a long-drawn out mess with his prior vet. VD of NE's communication has been excellent, I never felt misled or lost in their care. They were honest with potential outcomes, I understood from the beginning it may not be a happy ending. However, their care got us a diagnosis and brought my Bernie back to me. Dr. Stewart checked in w/ me regularly & explained how it was very weird case but seemed genuinely worried for him. She gave me a full understanding of the timeline I should expect & kept me updated w/ each test. On top of it all, their staff is the friendliest, most caring group.
