What a wonderful experience! You just never know what to expect when going to a new veterinarian, and the entire experience was pleasant, from the office staff to the vet tech, to the doctor himself. A+++

I have a very anxious dog who does not like going to the vets or having new people touch her. The vet, I don’t remember her name, unfortunately was amazing with Bailey. They all took the time to let Bailey get used to them before even touching her. The vet and the tech were very patient with myself and Bailey. This was the first time in a few years that Bailey actually let the vet examine her without fighting back. Unfortunately, they did not get to do everything she needed, but that was at the recommendation of the vet, as to not give Bailey a setback which I really appreciated. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The staff is truly amazing! Very compassionate, friendly and welcoming. I recently started going to Countryside because we got a kitten - fast forward a few weeks later my dog needed to be seen for a possible infection or allergy. Dr. Gauthier was very thorough. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals and knows exactly what needs to be done for proper care & treatment. I previously came from a vet office that made you feel like your pet was just a number, rather than a patient. I'm so incredibly happy we switched to Countryside!!
