“I have been working with Chad and I'm impressed with how he tailors each exercise routine to meet my needs. He is very organized and comes to each session prepared with a new exercise program. He keeps things interesting so you will not get bored and your body will not get used to the exercises. I had a fitness assessment done recently and I was pretty nervous about it since I'm not in great shape these days. I was relieved to be put at ease immediately by Chad's manner & friendliness. The whole experience has been really good for me.
