“Lima’s is the best! My son has really excelled here, the instructors are extremely accomplished black belts and great teachers. They also instill respect, discipline, manners and other qualities to the students. Not to mention learning to defend themselves if needed.”
“Took my grandson to a few local places. They were all large classes and he was very intimidated. Here They have smaller and more personal classes. The instruction is perfect for every level. He has done so well. It has even helped him outside of classes. He loves it here and can’t wait to go.”
“I have been working with Chad and I'm impressed with how he tailors each exercise routine to meet my needs. He is very organized and comes to each session prepared with a new exercise program. He keeps things interesting so you will not get bored and your body will not get used to the exercises. I had a fitness assessment done recently and I was pretty nervous about it since I'm not in great shape these days. I was relieved to be put at ease immediately by Chad's manner & friendliness. The whole experience has been really good for me. After he gave me my follow up report, I walked away feeling like I had a better understanding of where I'm at right now and how he could help me move into where I want to be. He is a very honest person and definitely knows what he is talking about because it shows. He knows the difference between what actually works and what is complete b.s.I'd recommend him to anyone who is serious about making positive, healthy changes in order to become the best you and who also isn't afraid of hard work. :o)”
