I have been working with Chad and I'm impressed with how he tailors each exercise routine to meet my needs. He is very organized and comes to each session prepared with a new exercise program. He keeps things interesting so you will not get bored and your body will not get used to the exercises. I had a fitness assessment done recently and I was pretty nervous about it since I'm not in great shape these days. I was relieved to be put at ease immediately by Chad's manner & friendliness. Chad Ellis and Sudden impact martial arts have completely changed my life, I have lost weight, gained back my confidence and learned several deadly arts in the process, Chad is a great teacher with a lot of passion for what he does, I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get in better shape and have more confidence in themselves.

Chad is a great trainer and really cares about the goals of his students. I've been training with him for about six months and his dedication is infectious. I love that he works with kids in the community aswell.
