She is by far the most helpful in providing suggested adjustments. She is extremely knowledge, kind, and motivating. She should be training other instructors on how to teach! F45 Foxborough is very lucky to have her!“

They are so welcoming and positive that I’ve actually changed my attitude about exercising. Not that the workouts are easy! Every class gets your heart pumping and your muscles aching (in a good way)!
Jason and Pam encourage and motivate without judging you which is so appreciated by someone (me) who entered my first class feeling nervous and self conscious. I’ve gained not only a better attitude toward taking care of myself through regular exercise, but am so happy with the progress I’ve made. If you’re on the fence I promise you will not regret trying Bileau Built!
And they have the best gym mascot ever in Betty the Bassett Hound! ?“

I started 2024 at 323 pounds, borderline diabetic, insulin-resistant, and heading in the wrong direction. With the help of a team to change my diet and the exercise program at DTC, I've increased muscle, lost fat, and now weigh 230 pounds. DTC has become my place of accountability and motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle.“
