“I’ve been training here for the past two months, and I’m very happy with my experience. The trainers genuinely care about your progress and create a welcoming atmosphere. Every workout challenges me, and I’ve already seen real improvements. I highly recommend Confidence Personal Training!”
“Joining The Woods Yoga has been a great experience! I had been cautious about finding a new physical activity, due to chronic health issues. From the very start, the studio was a warm and welcoming place. Front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Classes with instructors, Lauren & Jessica, are soothing, restorative, and have helped me get back in touch with my body in a compassionate, grounding way. They also offer various workshops on the weekends. I always leave there feeling at peace. You truly get the sense that everyone belongs, regardless of skill level or personal goals.”
“I am sooo happy I am apart of and found KDF studio! I wanted to start taking adult dance classes and found Krissy on Instagram and got such a good feeling about the vibes Krissy gave just through the screen. And the second I walked in for the first time I knew that I made the right choice, I was immediately welcomed by Krissy with the warmest smile and hug! Krissy is the most welcoming and supportive instructor, I truly wasn’t expecting how attentive she is to each and every one of her students, she wants to see everyone thrive and succeed! If you are looking to take dance classes that have the most supportive and kind community you definitely need to come to KDF!!”
