“I had a great experience with roto rooter and it was because of Gilbert, Kiro, but especially Rick. Rick has been the most responsive, and has explained this whole process to us. He has taken time to send pictures, call my fiance and I, and really has taken the time to make sure we understood the severity of our problem. The dispatchers weren’t super friendly to my fiance, but Rick definitely turned our experience around. We wouldn’t have had our problem fixed with them if it wasn’t for Rick. Thank you again Rick for your time and patience, and thank you Gilbert and Kiro for coming out to our house late at night to also help us. You guys are all awesome!”
