Hunter and Nick were so professional and polite. They were able to solve a problem that I’ve had for more than five years—I just took my first real shower in my own house. They also were able to solve a different lingering problem left behind by a different tradesman, and they were gracious about the fix. They took care of my issues completely, and were very informative about my options going forward with electric hot water. They were not cheap but you get what you pay for—worth every dollar.
Zack was friendly, timely and professional. He took time to asses our situation and laid out our options and pricing. He was able to complete the water heater installation that day. This is our second time working with Wicked Plumbing and we would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend Wicked Plumbing..
From calling in to schedule service, to communicating assessment of repairs needed, cost estimate provided, to repairs being made and completed all in a very timely manner.. Nick H and Jason on the job. No B.S. They were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.
