“Excellent customer service. The staff of Window World was great in every respect. The sales rep spent a fair amount of time with me in developing the estimate. A second staff member came out to the house to verify all measurements, etc. We replaced close to 40 windows as well as 2 doors. The installation crew was first class. The windows and doors look great and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived!! Subsequently needed to address some minor issues. The owner as well as the general manager came out to the house to personally evaluate the issue. Within 2 weeks the issue was resolved. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend Window World. “We had Sterling replace our 25 year old roof in March 2024. Denis was great. He is very personable and friendly. He explained all the options and answered any and all questions we had about the replacement.

His crew and crew chief Mike were outstanding. The dumpster came the morning of the job. They replaced the roof in a day. The dumpster was gone the next day. You would never know they were here. The roof came out great.

The cleanup was impeccable and the yard and driveway were spotless. We have yet to find a nail or or any remnant of the debris.

I would happily use Denis and his team again if we ever needed additional external work done to the house.“

We had a lot of wood rot and decay, misalignment, loud sash weights, broken cords, etc. Now they function beautifully - sashes glide easily up and down, top and bottom rails line up so we can engage the locks, and they have all new weatherstripping. And now they look incredible too. The original wavy glass is lovely and one window with florentine glass sparkles like jewelry. We couldn't be more satisfied. This team works miracles.“
