Outstanding!!! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, I cannot tell you how much I like going to this place! Al is super helpful, he puts up with all of my silly questions and when it comes time to do the work, they are fast and professional! Just had my PickUp truck rear window replaced, it was fast and easy! Thank You American Plate Glass!
Needed the sunroof glass replaced on my vehicle, referred by another glass co. that did my windshield repair. Excellent communication through all stages of the order and work, after insurance claim was sent to the broker company that American in Danvers works with. Great people in the office, fast and great quality work on the new sun roof glass. Great to support a local business.
American Plate and Auto Glass Company provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I worked with Jack, who was professional, responsive, and genuinely honest. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and it’s clear this is a company that truly values its customers. Highly recommend!
