Olti was incredibly professional and explained the process efficiently. Having 2 other people come to measure and quote, he was head and shoulders better, more direct and easy to work with. I would recommend Olti!
We have used Window World in the past to replace a number of windows. We were very satisfied with quality of windows and professionalism of the installers. When time came to replace a couple more windows we called them again without hesitation. Jake came out and explained everything to us, measured the windows and gave us a reasonable time table for installation. He was very competent, courteous and respectful. Manny was the installer and did a wonderful job. Again with a great deal of courtesy and respect and very good at his job. Didn’t leave til I saw the windows and was ok with everything. Jeova and his crew are just great. Very friendly and the work they do is immaculate! They’ve been to my house twice and I’d request them again. They are very respectful, clean and communicative. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Bill - Wilmington
