“We had Sterling replace our 25 year old roof in March 2024. Denis was great. He is very personable and friendly. He explained all the options and answered any and all questions we had about the replacement.

His crew and crew chief Mike were outstanding. The dumpster came the morning of the job. They replaced the roof in a day. The dumpster was gone the next day. You would never know they were here. The roof came out great.

The cleanup was impeccable and the yard and driveway were spotless. We have yet to find a nail or or any remnant of the debris.

I would happily use Denis and his team again if we ever needed additional external work done to the house.“

“Arnold's came by and replaced by gable vent. I submitted an inquiry midday on Wednesday and they were there Thursday morning at 8AM. Prompt! I would never expect a contractor to be that quick in scheduling but maybe they had an opening.

As for the work, I checked in my attic and on the outside of the home. They were at my house at 8am and by 930am they were packing up. Simple job but something that was crossed off my to do list. They accepted checks.
