Matt was also incredibly thorough, spent 6 hours with us, very pleasant and his presentation was amazing. By the time we signed the papers we understood completely what we were signing. Andrew came out and gave us a quote which was way below the others we received and he was super friendly! Scheduling with Bree was so easy and she answered all our questions! We got to meet Chris and the rest of the crew when the work started and they were so nice and did the job so fast! The crew also cleaned up afterwards so well! I ask lots of questions and Brian K. was always responsive. He also made sure to follow any rules my condo association had. This was a small job, but the installation team was professional and friendly. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home, and cleaned up afterward, inside and out. It's only been a few weeks, but the windows and door are operating well and look great. Such an upgrade from 1984 windows. I'd definitely use DLM again.”

“We had a squirrel getting into our attic.Called empire to install new flashing around the chimney to keep the squirrel from getting in.Jim Sullivan came right out to my house and provided a fair estimate.The work was completed within 10 days.Empire replace 4 skylights in our kitchen a few years ago and they did good work with no drama, no chasing, no stories.I'd gladly call them again for more things to get taken care of.”
