Dion Keaton (service manager) came in to my building on may 29,2026 took record of my issues which was a lot. About 35 rooms. very professional with he’s work came in took care of all rooms. Resident and staff are grateful he came and took care of all area issues. Highly recommended

Waltham has been great when we've had pest issues pop up with our old house! Donovan did a great job during the initial inspection and identified several problem areas that have since been resolved.

Just need to say their technician dave. Is top notch at what he does. And he's always extremely pleasant to tenants. And also extremely helpful. Always goes above and beyond what needs to be done. Can't think him company enough.
