Vanguard has replaced the flat roofs on three large multi-family buildings for in in the last two years, and they are currently working on a fourth. I expect they may do a fifth this coming summer also. They provide all those things that are important to our facility management company; good pricing, quality products and installation, timely response, professional management in the field and office, safety awareness. I took my mother, sister, and niece to Simply Divine Beauty Lounge for my wedding on Mar 30th, 2024. We all live outside of the area, so I booked the appointment in advance for Mar 29th, 2024 without any previous knowledge of the salon. Initially, I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. However, these lovely ladies were ready for us on time we agreed on. Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly, approachable, caring, and asked us if we were satisfied with our hairstyles. The salon is also cozy and fully lit, with calming music. We felt welcomed there. Also, their prices were affordable for the services they provided.
We all have natural hair and they did an excellent job with our hair! I was nervous initially because I have not been to a professional hair salon since I transitioned to natural hair 11 years ago. Ms. Sheila was gentle with my hair, and even asked if I was comfortable with using heat. She gave me the exact bridal crown-braid hairstyle I wanted for the big day. Ms. Bee (Karla) did a phenomenal job with my mom's Mohawk up-do and a silk press for my sister, who also wanted extensions. Ms. Janet did a silk press on my niece's hair, and took her time to obtain the best results. We were all in and out of the salon in about 3 hours!
They also went the extra mile and got us a snack platter, cupcakes, and non-alcoholic champagne to make a toast for my wedding! I could not have asked for a better experience and salon to do my hair for my special day. I highly recommend this salon, especially If you have natural hair.

Great Barbershop at downtown Springfield. The barbers are great, they're professional and knowledge regarding their profession. The hours of operations are a plus. I work from 8 till 5 sometimes. They'll make appointments out you can just walk in. Haircuts are $25. Come to this shop and give it a try. You won't regret it.

I picked 4 stars, because every time I hurt my finger, it hurts more. And every time when I tried to itch my hair, the bow gets stuck to it and I really like them. My experience today with Midnedy at Plush Spa & Wellness from the moment I walked in, the place was super neat and smelled wonderful. Midnedy was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Not sure what products she used, but they smelled great and felt wonderful on my sensitive skin. I was extremely happy with the results. I made sure I didn't leave the spa without my next appointment.
I have been going to this salon for some years now and I am a disabled senior citizen with many likes and dislikes.
I stated the above to mean to those of you that have never dealt with anyone in my position, that we are difficult and not intentionally.
You definitely have to have the patience and heart to deal with the likes of people in my situation.

This is such a beautiful salon, beautifully decorated, and cared for. The owner, Carmen, is very passionate about her business, and it reflects in the quality of her work. I was helping a freind with her plumbing problem, so i needed to go to bay state plumbing. Because i don't know the names of some plumbing part, i was traying to explain it to the employee at the front desk. He help me with everything i needed and telling me the names and making sure that i had everything i need to solve the problem. Even a plumber that was there to buy step in to help me with all i needed. To all employees at bay state plumbing thanks for going an extra mile to help those who are not professional in the plumbing industry.
Friday night there was two inches of water in both kitchen sinks. Saturday morning, on Labor Day weekend, that had increased to four and a half inches!
My regular plumber works only during standard business hours, I found to my dismay. The young man from Roto Rooter was a fine young gentleman and he did a good job removing the clog in less than one hour. Then I found that the charge for that hour's work was $652! I do understand that the service was during a major holiday weekend, but $652 for less than one hour using an electrified 'snake' to clear a simply clogged drain is more than exorbitant...it's almost robbery!

They explained the process, checked their work between applications and temperatures involved with drying time.Because of their work, presentation, and nice demeanor they became very busy with many of us wanting our garages done. Alex, his team and the electrician are professional and hard dedicated workers. Everything came out great! I am VERY pleased with the final results how they finished my living area/basement. I also had the existing half bathroom touched up. It was repainted, new flooring added and a new bathroom vanity installed. BFP has great attention to detail which shows they have great craftsmanship skills and provide quality work.
The electrician Mark was also fantastic to work with. He asked me during the process where I wanted light fixtures, electrical outlets AND he even accommodated the wall outlet where I planned to mount the TV on the wall (very thoughtful).
Stefan was easy to work with and included me through the process. He wanted my input on how I wanted the flooring tile to lay (both bathroom and basement), where to put the bathroom fixtures and confirm the paint color (since I was initial indecisive).
Even through the hot temperatures the crew worked diligently but safely. I was able to accommodate their schedule to resume work when it got a little cooler when the sun went down. This shows their dedication and hard work ethic.

I cannot say enough great things about Dave! He squeezed us in at the end of his day because we had many yellow jackets inside our home. He took care of the ones inside and treated the perimeter of the house. There was an immediate improvement and the yellow jackets have not returned. My teen son has quite a few dental issues (broken tooth, lots of cavities) and has struggled with dental care due to anxiety. Taylor Street had him laughing (ok maybe the laughing gas helped a bit) during a very long and tricky 4 1/2 hr procedure today. In the end they were able to save a tooth that we weren't sure would be saved.
I can not say enough about the team and Dr. Truong is FANTASTIC!!! From the office staff to the assistants and dentists they are incredible! I sat and watched every single patient for 4 hours come and go. Each one treated like family! All Healthcare should be like this!

So, I had Lisa out for some Massage work on Ghillie yesterday, and the experience was beyond what I could of imagined or expected.
Ghillie has been dealing with Lyme disease, and as you can imagine, he’s been pretty sore, especially in his muscles and joints. She came in with this amazing holistic approach that focused not only on relieving his physical pain but also letting him choose what he wanted worked on. The session took place in the indoor, so Ghillie was free to walk away if he needed a break, which truly allowed him to relax into the experience.
Lisa helped me interpret Ghillie’s movements—she explained the subtle ways he was showing pain or discomfort. I saw what she was seeing in the past but I would misinterpret it for something other than discomfort.
He was licking, chewing, and yawning throughout his entire session and more than I’ve ever seen with any of the other body work he has had.

Very clean, professionally managed. Technicians are highly capable and professional. I've been a regular customer for years. Foot reflexology massage is done in one of two large rooms, each with 4 couches. Starts with a scalp, facial and shoulder massage while your feet soak in warm/hot water. 1-hour session is currently $45. Bodywork and/or couples massages are in private rooms. I think those start at $65/hour per person. highly recommend
