I hate plumbing projects, and I let Matt at the parts counter know it. I explained my problem, and he was able to give me exactly what I needed. Once he identified what I needed, he answered all of the questions I had about how to do it. I know they usually deal with professional plumbers, so it was greatly appreciated that they were able to help out someone that is very much not a professional!

I highly recommend! If you are looking for old fashioned KNOWLEDGE, ADVICE, and SERVICE along with QUALITY PRODUCTS this is the place to go! If you are just shopping for price and don't care about quality or service then this may not be the place for you...but beware, you get what you pay for. Here you'll find genuine products (NOT Home Cheapo or Lowes versions which are built with lower quality parts to hit a price point). I would have paid double what we paid today for the service we received. Our experience today with Olga was exceptional. She answered all our questions, gave great advice, and helped us find complimentary items for our new kitchen and bath. Wish we...read full review
