Took us right in after I had concerns about my dog being attacked by another dog while walking. The vet did a through job of checking him out and finding no problems. The vet and vet tech's are very caring

Dr. Belcher-Timme is the best vet I've ever had. She's thorough yet not excessive re: treatment and provides clear and supportive communication. I have referred a friend to her, too!

Excellent care. My old girl wasn't feeling well, and needed a same day appointment. She was treated with the utmost kindness and patience. She has painful arthritis and extreme anxiety (even with sedation). The knowledge and clear explanations from the Veterinarian as well as the Vet Tech were very much appreciated and I feel I received just as much TLC as my old Tess. The front desk check in and check out was easy and friendly. We waited less than 5 minutes, and the area was clean. My only complaint is the parking. It's tighter than I'm used to, but I went at a very busy time (and I'm not a city driver either). I normally use the Wilbraham office, but they never have...read full review
