Called the office to see if Home Service Electrical could change a hardwired microwave to an outlet for a new microwave to be installed. Todd answered and was able to tell me right away that he’d be able to do it and gave me an estimate which was a great price. Service was scheduled quickly. Todd and his apprentice came and changed out the hardwire for a plug, and I asked if he’d be able to install the microwave, even though I hadn’t asked ahead of time. He said no problem and he gave me a great price for doing that as well. He also took care of my old microwave

With Todd, I've found an electrician I trust. He engaged with my technical questions instead of dismissing them, suggested a simpler install than we thought we needed (saving me money), and caught a grounding issue on my service that wasn't even part of the scope. That's the difference between someone doing a job and someone actually looking out for you. 10/10 definitely will call again.
