“Life Changing!! I had been wearing glasses for 30+ years. I had difficulty driving at night because of on coming headlights, and decrease visability. after my surgery I see clearly, the world is brighter, my eyes gave everything a yellow tint, now I have a neutral color to my vision. “You will not find a more friendly, accommodating and professional eye care office than at Comprehensive Eye. Dr Elgas is thorough and excellent at what she does. The entire office team is friendly and only want what’s best for their patients. I’m very surprised about the bad review re: “Mimi at the front desk”. I’ve had nothing but a professional experience. They do book out months at a time because that’s how good they are and honestly, a pretty common timeframe for most dr appointments. Highly recommend this practice.“

“I have been a patient for several years. This past weekend I developed a foreign body irritation in my right eye that was very sensitive to light and painful. With a history of dry eye, I called the office on Monday and spoke to Silvia. She understood my issue and scheduled me to come in later in the day. Unfortunately due to other commitments, I had to delay till next day and Silvia was very accommodating. I saw Dr. Jeff after a very short wait and he immediately saw that I had a corneal ulcer forming. He prescribed medication and sent me on my way. After less than 24 hours, I am feeling significant relief. Thank you very much“

“I had great success with the new process eye exam program at Nashua store with nice people helping me, I am 74 years old and was concerned but all went well. A couple months later my daughter was driving me to Boston's logan airport for a flight to Paris. My glasses didn't feel right. When I took them off to check them, I found one of the nose rest had fallen off. We pulled off 93 and I went into Woburn Ma store while my daughter parked the car The woman at the optical desk fixed them so fast I was outside before my daughter parked the car Thank you guys“

I felt like it was important to OD'sJanine Vecchiarello (first visit)Melissa Tom-Kun (follow-up)to help me. Honestly, I had no idea the contacts discomfort is something that could be addressed.Both OD spent quite some time figuring out what is wrong, proposing me a different lenses, and provided a valuable instructions on the next steps. I highly recommend the doctor and the place. Thank you!Review from 2021: The doctor felt indifferent like doing what she must but without actual interest or involvement. The small corner where I was asked to put on contact lenses was narrow and dark, it was awfully uncomfortable there. I struggled for some time no help was offered. She even didn't ask if I am ok there. I got no real explanations on my current state and changes since my last visit.I think that was my last time with LensMaster in Natick Mall. That wasn't annual checkup, that was "hi you are still alive now pay and get out from here".And well, I switched for another store to buy my glasses about two years ago, too. For the same reason. Overall I have been visiting this place for 5 years in a row... This is it. No offense.“
