Easy to get an appointment. They took me right on time. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The doc was thorough and approachable. And, the facility is clean with good technology and equipment. So, all in all, a very good experience!
I have seen Dr. Alyssa Chow for a few years now and she is the best. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and always takes as much time as you need to help you understand exactly what is going on. She will show you the pictures that they take and explain things in as much detail as you would like. I learn something new every visit. The whole staff is a friendly team and is organized and helpful from the moment you check in. Each one is great at their job. Definitely recommend this group of professionals!
Dr Tom-Kun @ Lickteig Eyecare in Natick Mall, and her technician, did a wonderful job for my eye exam this year. Dr Tom-Kun explained everything thoroughly, and Lickteig made the whole process very easy and efficient, including arranging insurance coverage. Highly recommend them!
