Always caring and personal. Making sure everything is fine and that we are happy with our glasses.Excellent customer service care.The Dr is wonderful, gentle and patient.An excellent establishment. !!!

Janine is the best.really knows her stuff.treats all ages with such professional respect. . she knows all the options that you have with the insurance that you useGoes out of her way to make sure of a perfect fit. Thanks to Jenine I will recommend Framingham optical to everyone I know who needs eye care.will be sending my mother to her next..i wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care.

I now have a great eye place to go to. From the moment that I walked in the door, I felt welcome. The ladies were very attentive and gave much needed advice on picking out frames. Highly recommended!!!!!!
