“Professional , courteous and respectful ! I had 3 people come out to inspect my boiler before RCL . All 3 said the boiler needed to be replaced . Estimates were between 12 and 25,000 dollars .

RCL sent out their team leader Matt Applebaum and he ensured me the boiler is fine and it just needed a good cleaning as it hadn’t been serviced in years .

So with that said we hired him on and he went to work . He spent 3 hours tediously cleaning the entire system and got the boiler running like a top ! At the end of it he showed me highly detailed photos of the work from start to finish , showing me exactly why the system was failing . . He took his time and explained it all carefully so we had a clear picture of what was happening .

No bullshit , no upcharging for a service we didn’t need . Just a straight shooter that is good at his profession and proud of his reputation . I couldn’t ask for more . We will use this company from here on out for our heating and plumbing needs . He took a big weight off our shoulders as we were thinking a potential 12,000 dollar plus repair might be needed when it definitely wasn’t in our budget
