Water Heater Installation/Repair near Fall River

“The initial waiting period was a week, but it was during a heat wave (a couple of days over 100 degrees) so it seemed longer. My HVAC also went out the day before the 4th of July.

The maintenance man was in and out in maybe 1/2 an hour. He was very knowledgeable and awesome at what he does. I was not over charged. I would recommend using Platinum Home Service to everyone I know!“

Had Mark and G come and install new HVAC unit. Both were polite, knowledgeable, and informative. Had a few issues with the equipment but they handled the situation and stayed until it was running properly ( 12 hours later)! Great team effort. Very pleased with the results and would recommend Superior Comfort.

Very knowledgeable very personable explain himself in the equipment and what was wrong.
We would highly recommend him for any service to our heating or air-conditioning.
He recommended since the equipment was 19 years old that to replace it he set us up with financing gave us the quotes and said they’ll be here Monday morning. That’s great. I’m a happy camper.

Dylan, came to check my A/C unit today.
He was very knowledgeable and well informed with New equipment.
He told me he had a few concerned, because the system was 16 years old.
He said he will send me some prices and recommending what to do in the near future.
His customer skills were exhalent and easy to talk to.
