He has always found time to come by quickly, and assess situations, clearly spelling out a plan and cost, and then does what he says. He never tries to upsell me on anything that is beyond what I need to solve my issue. I have to say, some of the other larger companies have done exactly that. He has helped me with HVAC, Water Heater, and general plumbing in the past, and I have never had any issues or surprises.”
