“I have been asking for Platinum Home Services for a while since their name came up when scheduling my yearly heat maintenance through my gas company. The workers have always been very professional and pleasant to deal with, eager to answer my questions or offer relevant advice. This time I needed a plumbing issue addressed in addition to my check-up. That warranted 2 workers who happened to show up at the same time but both of my issues were taken care of quite well.
