20 New Derby St, Salem“When we arrived, the location lost our reservation due to a system upgrade. However, the hostess was able to accommodate our group's needs for a table. The server was awesome. He was able to recommend food and drinks for all and assist in arranging tokens for our party. We were quite disappointed that the elk burger was not on the restaurant menu any longer even though the elk burger is still listed on the location website menu. The games were great; everyone in our party were hesitant to play the games until actually getting into the fun and playing the game. There was karaoke but it seemed nearly impossible to just sign up for a song. The food was great; the drinks were great; the server was AWESOME! Great place for entertainment and dinner when in Salem.“

100 Cummings Center Suite 539H, Beverly“Jessica and the Myofascial release work she does has been an integral part of my healing journey. She is intuitive, knowledgeable and thoughtful about the status of my health and how to support me. Her space is very calming and I always leave relaxed. Myofascial is great for anyone who’s done massage and acupuncture and looking for a modality that supports the connective tissue. Grateful to be able to work with Jessica.
*Also, for military families: Jessica is incredible and went through the effort of getting credentialed with Tricare so I could submit for partial reimbursement with health insurance.“

162 Summer St, Danvers“I've been working with Peg for roughly five months and have enjoyed every session. Over the years I have worked with a number of personal trainers and by far Peg's the best. She is always prepared with my personalized workouts focusing on proper form, technique and breathing!!Peg is always engaging and encouraging which has given me a true sense of accountability. Beyond her training she offers sound insight on nutrition and overall wellness.Peg has helped me both mentally & physically regarding my health & fitness.More recently I've started a weekly session of Yoga with Peg which has been a great addition to my workouts. Not only has it asisted with my flexability but it's allowed me to be focused and mindful of the present moment, something I've always struggeled with.Peg's been great and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!“

11 Sylvan St, Danvers“Debra does amazing work and the multiple styles of massage she knows is incredible. I have a lot of back and neck neck pain.
I also am a Burn Survivor. Two years ago I almost lost my legs in a fire. 15% of my body was badly burned. She has helped me immensely with getting my muscles and scar tissue moving again after my skin grafts. God Bless her.“

671 Market St, Lynnfield“Really liking my experience here. Conveniently located at Lynnfield Market with tons of parking. You book on their app, check-in on the ipad, pick your reformer and go to work.
Steph is an incredible instructor; she eats, breathes, and lives Pilates—and it shows. She is a fantastic motivator and highly entertaining. Most importantly when I leave class I feel good. The next day my entire tummy is on fire; not just lower or upper—the ENTIRE fleet of abdominal muscles are cooked. I call it delayed onset of muscle soreness. Steph is the best!
Connie (GM) and Becky have been very accommodating, and I am very grateful.
Book a class. You won’t regret carving out some time for yourself here.“

“Heavenly, really.
I sometimes have challenges with my back after a massage, but Alysa was a great listener and very respectful. It was a perfect massage.“
